I haven't watched the first season for A Discovery of Witches. Maybe I should.
ReplyDeleteI personally thought it was monotonous and poorly acted, but the ladies seem to adore it, so might check it out yourself. It is very slow and unconvincing and the lead actress gives probably the worst TV performance I've seen in my life (not counting tragic Charlotte Hope in Spanish Princess) but other actors are more or less fine.
DeleteThese both look really good! Although, I’m not used to the artsy animation. I’m other news, my girlfriend sent me the poster for Hocus Pocus 2.. is it official now?!
ReplyDeleteI believe it is especially after the original one has done great again in cinemas this month.
DeleteGlad to hear it, signora!
ReplyDeleteI read the book and didn't quite love it enough to watch the series.
ReplyDeleteI imagine it is as mediocre as the series is :)
DeleteFabulous blog
ReplyDeleteTotally fantabulous!
DeleteI skipped Witches. I also finally cancelled Apple TV. So, these are both no’s for me today.
ReplyDeleteLadies really liked it, but I don't know why unless one has low standards. Apple hasn't been good so far, sadly, SEE was borderline unwatchable I don't plan on watching the second season when it comes.
