ORIGINALLY INSPIRED BY
Ben Macintyre’s best-selling book of the same name, series two returns to action with the troops in Spring 1943. Paddy Mayne (Jack O’Connell) takes control of the SAS following David Stirling’s (Connor Swindells) capture, and now attention must turn from the conflict in North Africa to mainland Europe. But GHQ have cast doubt over the future of the regiment, while the creation of a second unit and an influx of new arrivals make things even more difficult for the men. Can they prove that the SAS remain essential to the war, wherever it may lead them?

WHO IS IN THE SQUAD NOW?
Gwilym Lee joins the cast as Bill Stirling, David Stirling’s brother and founder of the 2SAS regiment, while Con O’Neill appears as General Montgomery. Theo Barklem-Biggs, Corin Silva, Jacob Ifan, Jacob McCarthy, Stuart Campbell, and Bobby Schofield also return for duty in series two. Among the brigade’s new recruits are Mark Rowley and Jack Barton, who will play SAS members Jock McDiarmid and John Tonkin respectively. Further new cast members include Stuart Thompson, Paolo De Vita, Anna Manuelli, Edward Bennett and Matteo Franco.

  3. I don't think Jason tuned into the first season, but he shouldn't be traveling so much next year (fingers crossed) so he might be able to finally catch up on these shows that I've earmarked for him to check out.

    1. Why he won't be travelling, because you will open the store?

    2. Yes, we're still planning on opening the store in the spring. Then we have the outdoor market opening back in May (I'll hire someone else to run that though) and then our online shop should be in full swing then. I am doing a soft launch of our website in January. Then, we'll be shipping items to Amazon to sell on that platform as well. We'll still do a few travel events a year (the proven winners) but we're finally in a position to not have to go from state to state each week.
