JANUARY 2025 TV SERIES: PLAYING NICE WITH JAMES NORTON, LOCKERBIE A SEARCH FOR TRUTH WITH COLIN FIRTH

 JANUARY 2025 SERIES 
JAMES NORTON'S PLAYING NICE
We will spend the weekend featuring shows that start in the first week of 2025, beginning with ITV and James Norton  in new baby swap series PLAYING NICE based on JP Delaney's novel.
The series starts January 5th
Niamh Algar, James McArdle and Jessica Brown Findlay also star in the series that will hit ITV and ITVX January 5th! In France, the series will air on Canal Plus.
 THE SERIES FOLLOWS
 two couples who discover that their toddlers were switched at birth in a hospital mix-up. Set against the sweeping backdrop of Cornwall, they face an agonizing dilemma: do they keep the sons they have raised and loved, or reclaim their biological child? Pete (James Norton) and Maddie (Niamh Algar) are jettisoned into the world of the other couple: Miles (James McArdle) and Lucy (Jessica Brown Findlay). All four agree a solution, but it becomes clear that hidden motives are at play.

Sky and Peacock will, meanwhile, premiere, their new five part series LOCKERBIE: A SEARCH FOR TRUTH about the terrifying events of December
The series starts second day of the new year
21, 1988, after 270 people were killed when Pan Am Flight 103 exploded over the Scottish town, on January 2nd. Colin Firth stars as Jim Swire, the nominated spokesperson for the UK victims’ families who unite to demand truth and justice. Jim travels across continents and political divides, embarking on a relentless journey that not only jeopardizes his stability, family and life, but completely overturns his trust in the justice system.   1. I remember you wrote about Playing Nice, not Lockerbie though. What a pity that they ain't on Netflix. We are watching A Man on the Inside led by Ted Danson...I am not impressed though.

    1. I wrote about both, but thought I should remind you what is on next week opening New Year. Yeah, I cannot stand Ten Danson's shows either, in his previous one he played a mayor of some city and I could not even finish the first episode it was that unfunny and terrible.
