It was originally supposed to be toplined by Jessica Biel, but she moved over to The Better Sister and THE GOOD DAUGHTER will now have our
gorgeous Meghann Fahy in the lead alongside Rose Byrne. To stream on Peacock, it is a suspenseful crime drama where sisters Charlotte (Fahy) and Samantha (Byrne) Quinn have spent the last 28 years trying to piece together the lives that were fractured by a single night of violence. When another attack splinters the small town of Pikeville, Charlotte is the first witness on the scene. Now a lawyer like her father, she’s forced to confront her own demons as the case twists through one shocking revelation after another. In the end, both she and Samantha find themselves wondering if the price of being the good daughter was worth it after all.

I love the dress and the boots...Peacock has some nice series.

DeleteWow, it's exciting to hear that Meghann Fahy and Rose Byrne will be starring in The Good Daughter! The plot sounds so intriguing, especially with the dynamic between the sisters and the small-town setting. Can't wait to see how they bring this story to life on Peacock!

DeleteWhen I saw the title I thought this was going to be a spin off of The Good Wife series. lol This still sounds good though.

DeleteI agree about the dress and boots. Such a nicely pieced together look. The series does sound interesting. Will have to add it to my ever growing list.
ReplyDeleteThat is her general look, she always has that mix of posh and soft what I call the cashmere warmth look.
DeleteAnd she's thin enough and has the right proportions to pull this kind of look off. Even when I'm super skinny from being sick, I still have weird curves, so I just can't pull this kind of outfit off. Which sucks because "cashmere soft" is the look I love.
DeleteYes, she wore a very tight white dress at White Lotus premiere with cut outs around the waist and she pulled it off without being vulgar because she is to petite.
