After being sold in more than ten million copies around the world, Richard Osman's book series THURSDAY MURDER CLUB is being adapted into a movie to be directed by Chris Columbus and now rumour has it that Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan and Ben Kingsley will lead the
cast as three of the four septuagenarian friends who live in a retirement community and solve cold cases for fun. When a shady property developer is found dead, the four find themselves in the middle of their first live crime. Variety reports that 14 studios fought for the movie rights on this one.
