TOP END BUB PRIME VIDEO TV SERIES
And it will be a sequel to the hit movie Top End Wedding from 2019: our dearest boy Gwilym Lee will lead the sequel which will now be in the form of a TV
series titled TOP END BUB over at Prime VIdeo Australia. The series will revisit Lauren (Miranda Tapsell), a dynamic Indigenous lawyer ticking off life goals in Adelaide, and her baker husband Ned (Gwilym Lee), who abandon city life for the Top End (where the outback meets the tropics) to raise Lauren’s recently-orphaned eight-year-old niece. While Lauren and Ned juggle the responsibility of becoming unexpected parents and try to keep their marriage together, Lauren must come to terms with her responsibilities within her culture, as she transforms from an individualist to the linchpin of her family, the synopsis reads. We will also watch Gwily in SAS Rogue Heroes series season two on BBC.

Haven't watched anything from Gwilym Lee who actually looks very much like one of my youtube doctors Dr. Chaffee. Yesterday we were trying to watch an Oscar film The Zone of Interest..well, we managed to watch for 10 minutes and decided that we should continue watching Godless.
ReplyDeleteI do not see the resemblance between him and Chaffy the hunk, but Gwily is one of my top ten most fave celebrity schatzies.

DeleteIn my next life, I want to marry a baker. I did have my bestie here over the weekend. She's a trained baker, but she doesn't use her education much except maybe making stuff for a few weddings a year. She does cook dinner when I go there or she comes here, so at least I get that.
ReplyDeleteBakers here have a very strange life, they earn a lot of money, but they go to work at 22h and return 6AM because they spend the night preparing and baking bread and pastries for the following day. So they basically sleep during the day itself LOL Kinda like a vampire life. They don't make cakes, though, just bread, pastries and our famous burek.
