RYAN REYNOLDS TO PLAY A DARING KNIGHT IN NETFLIX MOVIE ADAPTATION OF POPULAR GAME DRAGON'S LAIR!

    RYAN REYNOLDS TO LEAD
DRAGON'S LAIR ADAPTATION
Ryan will also produce the movie
I don't think we've seen him in an epic adventure so far, but I do think he'd be perfect in it: as The Hollywood Reporter writes today, Netflix and Ryan Reynolds are teaming up again, this time on the movie adaptation of legendary arcade game DRAGON'S LAIR which was hugely popular back in the 80s. Dan and Kevin Hageman who wrote The Lego Movie (and are also writing Croods 2 in which Ryan lends his voice) are set to pen the story here as well.
Beside producing, Ryan Reynolds would also play the lead protagonist, a knight called Dirk the Daring, who gets the task of rescuing Princess Daphne from the evil dragon Singe and a wizard named Mordroc.
Ryan Reynolds is also set to star, next to Will Ferrell, in a musical movie version of A Christmas Carol based on Charles Dickens's story of a miserly misanthrope who is taken on a magical journey.

    1. I must admit I think we've have way too many Christmas Carols in recent years, but if Ryan is singing I'll be there.

  2. Oh, I've actually heard about this. I'm not really into Ryan that much, more into his wife actually - Blake! :)

    1. They're such a stylish couple! I find Ryan the best dressed celebrity in the world, always love to see what he's wearing when going out, especially his daily outfits.

  3. While I’m not a huge Ryan Reynolds fan, his movies are usually great! I’d watch both of these.. and I don’t even like Will Ferrell’s humor.

    1. I've never understood Ferrell, either.

    2. I can not stand Will Ferrell. Always cringe when I hear he has a new film coming out. BUT, Elf is one of my all time favorite movies, so I guess I'm contradicting myself there?

    3. I'd put Jack Black also and that guy from Beauty and the Beast, on that list.

    4. I love Elf, too!! But we can just say his humor was changed by the Christmas spirit. LOL

I don't have much feelings about Jack Black, neither good nor bad. Are you referring to the guy who plays Olaf in Beauty and the Beast??? You can't dislike Olaf!!!

  4. A musical Christmas Carol? Ooh, Jason may pass on that one. He hates musicals. Then again, Ryan Reynolds is his man crush, so it will be fun to see which pull is stronger LOL. Will he or won't he watch? Time will tell!

    1. I don't blame him that he hates musicals given that horrid Rob Marshall directs all of them and he sucks big time and then some more.
