     'THE I-LAND' NETFLIX SERIES
STARRING ALEX PETTYFER
Hollywood is enjoying its holiday slumber, so the only thing I have for you today is the first trailer and poster for limited series THE I-LAND which
The I-land hits Netflix next week
hits Netflix next week, September 12th! The cast of the seven episode series is lead by Alex Pettyfer and Kate Bosworth, with Kyle Schmid also in the cast of the exotic thriller adventure.

When ten people wake up on a treacherous island with no memory of who they are or how they got there, they set off on a trek to try to get back home. They soon discover this world is not as it seems. Faced with the island's extreme psychological and physical challenges, they must rise to their better selves - or die as their worst ones. Check out the mysterious trailer below and tell us what you think!

  1. (In Israel it's advertised as a two hebrew word: Island Reality).
Ten people, strangers to one another, (reminds us of the great song 'Strangers in the Night'), memory loss, mysterious island - these are recurrent themes in SF action series.
Hopefully, the islands deserted or not, tropcal or not, will forever stay wherever they are. There are people who live there, tourists enjoying local attractions, and we don't want anything wrong to happen to them (I'm referring, of course, to Climate Change)

    1. I've recently read about one of the island countries in the Oceania which will have to buy land in some other country and move itself there as their tiny little island nation will be flooded by the ocean rather soon.

  2. I like Kate, but haven't seen her in anything for ages! About my posts- yesterday I have moved to my own domain, that is probably why you all had to see all of my posts on your blogroll (I know it must have been annoying, but I didn't know it's gonna happen, sorry;))

  3. While this will probably be entertaining, it probably isn't going to be one of those movies that lingers around your brain for a while.
