Since Hollywood is still enjoying its holiday slumber, we are moving over to France today where the latest movie adaptation of Christophe Donner's novel
Tempete au Haras has been airing in cinemas since December 21st starring our boy Hugo Becker alongside Melanie Laurent, Pio Marmai, Carole Bouquet and Danny Huston.

RIDE ABOVE follows teenager Zoe, who born and raised among horses on a
racehorse stable farm, leads a happy life driven by the dream of one
day becoming a rider as her father. Zoe's favorite horse gives birth to a
foal they name Storm. She will be the first to see in her the champion

her with a serious problem. They will have to battle together to achieve

DeleteHere's a question for ya: Have movies improved in the past two decades? I was just wondering how many masterpieces I can list.
ReplyDeleteWhich movies, oh Randy, oh Mandy? Other than Marvel and Star Wars and Avatars there is not much else in the cinemas, sadly. The last true masterpiece I watched was GODS OWN COUNTRY and that was a few years ago.
DeleteI hope the challenge isn't an injury to the horse! Those usually end in even more injury when they're forced to race.

DeleteIt looks like she becomes paralyzed? Maybe the horse helps her overcome the challenges of living with limited mobility.
