Ugh to nothing good to look forward to in the new year. I didn't watch season 1 of this and won't be tuning in to season 2, but I am sure the fans of the show are ecstatic for its return.
ReplyDeleteThey really are, for some reason ladies loved it a lot. I watched the whole season but thought it was slow, lacking, and poorly acted and absolutely unconvincing since the leads have no chemistry whatsofreakingevah. Not sure Palmer could have chemistry with anyone, she is as wooden as Kirsten Stewart if not even more. I will probably try the second season too just for the Elizabethan part, I do love me a good Tudor romp.
DeleteGreat costumes. It's nice to see they're able top film in spite of covid.
ReplyDeleteYes, Europe mostly did not have problems with shooting during Covid, many series were finished here in my country as our government is easily bribed LOL
DeleteI haven't watched the first season. If I'm going to binge anything, it's going to be The Witcher. I've promised to watch it countless times and still haven't gotten around to it.
ReplyDeleteLadies seem to like it, so you might too.
