The first film is out in cinemas next June

 commitment between 1940 and 1945, and trace his development towards a political career. Simon Abkarian takes the lead role with Simon Russell Beale as Winston Churchill. The two part historical thriller saga is charting the French Resistance during WWII through the eyes of General Charles de Gaulle. Benoît Magimel stars as Pierre Koenig, Mathieu Kassovitz as Francois Darlan, Niels Schneider as General Leclerc, and Campbell Scott as Franklin D. Roosevelt. MILLER IN MARRIAGE has premiered at Palm Springs Film Festival and will get a limited release in February boasting a rather stellar cast which includes Edward Burns himself and another of our favourite hunks Patrick Wilson, plus Benjamin Bratt, Morena Baccarin, Julianna Margulies and Gretchen Mol beside Campbell Scott. The movie brings a tale of three middle-aged married couples coming to grips with universal questions about marriage and fidelity, professional success and failure, and the challenge of finding a second act. now Epix has also joined the Carnival Film series and will air it in USA.

The story set in the London high class of 1840s, actually begins on the eve of the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, when the Duchess of Richmond throws a party in Brussels for the Duke of Wellington. Among the guests are James and Anne Trenchard, who are living on the profits of newfound trading success. Their young daughter Sophia has caught the eye of Edmund Bellasis, the son and heir of one of the richest and most prominent families in England. Twenty five years later, when the two families are settled into the newly developed area of Belgravia, the events of the ball, and the secrets, still resonate. Jamestown's John Alexander is directing the six episode saga. Stay tuned for the casting announcements!
