Starting November 6th on Channel 5 over in Russia is new eight part historical mystery KNIGHTS (Витязи) starring Oleg Malyshev, Alan Tomaev and Dmitry Petrukhin. The events of the ancient Russian detective story unfold on the territory of Rus' in the 13th century. The best detachment of Novgorod knights falls victim to an unknown traitor and is ambushed. Due to the failure of the mission, the prince removes the governor Belogor and his faithful comrades Varun and Agathon from service. The knights are ready to master a peaceful craft and live in peace, but they have to again stand up for the defense of ordinary people and their native land. Duke Belogor is haunted by the question: who betrayed them and through whose fault is the detachment in exile?
Although it was already shot when Disney decided to cancel it, Jules Verne inspired epic series NAUTILUS has found home at AMC where it will set sail next year. It follows Captain Nemo, an Indian Prince robbed of his birthright and family, a prisoner of the East India Mercantile Company and a man bent on revenge against the forces that have taken everything from him. Shazad Latif plays Nemo, the Indian Prince, who sets sail with his ragtag crew on board the awe-inspiring Nautilus, as he not only battles with his enemy, he also discovers a magical underwater world.

In the story inspired by real-life World War II veteran Bernard Jordan, who escaped from his care home and made his way to Normandy to attend the 70th anniversary events in 2014, Brosnan plays the 89-year-old World War II hero Artie Crawford, who secretly leaves his care home in Northern Ireland in order to travel to France and pay his final respects on the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings. In case you were wondering, Pierce Brosnan is 70. Directed by Terry Loane, the film also stars Desmond Eastwood, Louis Gossett Jr and Claire Rafferty. Foxtel's streamer Binge from Australia has announced work on their first original movie titled HOW TO MAKE GRAVY and they have set up quite a nice cast which will include Hugo Weaving, Daniel Henshall, Brenton Thwaites, Damon Herriman, Kate Mulvany from The Twelve

Bogart’s pop Romeo & Juliet musical, the first film in an original pop musical
trilogy based around the real-life story that inspired
Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Ferdia Walsh-Peelo and Dan Fogler are also starring in the film which was originally supposed to arrive this Christmas.
Two of our favourite HBO shows are finally coming back and beside Gilded Age which returns October 29th, JULIA is also coming back with season two but November 16th when it will premiere with three new episodes and other five will air weekly till late December. Sarah Lancashire is back as the acclaimed chef Julia Child and David Hyde Pierce as her husband, Paul as you can see in the first trailer today. For the viewers in UK the series will again air on Sky and on Foxtel in Australia.
IN THE SECOND SEASON

and a half since the first season aired in spring 2022. They have used a
real 1,000 years old market in France to shoot the scenes where Julia
is shopping for groceries while on the trip there.

Channel 5 has announced work on their new four part thriller series THE CUCKOO set to air in 2025. It will follow Sian (Jill Halfpenny), a lodger who is taken in by Nick (Lee Ingleby) and Jessica (Claire Goose). They have just bought the house of their dreams, a grand doer-upper in the countryside town that Jessica grew up in. However, as the financial crisis hits the family fall on tough times and suddenly their home is on the line.
They are forced to pull their adopted teenage daughter Alice (Freya Hannan-Mills) out of her private school and into the local comprehensive. Nick finds another job, but it’s still not enough to make ends meet. With no other choice, Jessica decides they need to take in Sian as a lodger to help.
Sian is beautiful, flirty, and mysterious and immediately begins sowing discord within the family – acting too familiar with Nick, borrowing Jessica’s clothes, and building an increasingly inappropriate rapport with Alice. Jessica begins to question if Sian is really who she claims to be? Quickly she realises something more insidious and twisted is going on and Jessica, Nick and Alice will be forced to fight for each other and their own lives.

Фавориты) in which Marina Aleksadrova again takes the imperial role which has been hers for the eighth year now. Ekaterina Dashkova is played by Anna Kovalchuk, the roles of the empress' opponents - Count Alexander Stroganov and book publisher Nikolai Novikov are performed by Dmitry Astrakhan and Alexey Kolgan, while lovers or the favorites of Catherine II are played by Sergei Novosad, Stanislav Tikunov, Dmitry Gudochkin.
