Bateman plays Paul “Cope” Copeland, whose sister Camille vanished from a summer camp, a loss that tore his family apart. Now a top barrister and devoted single father to 10-year-old daughter Cami, Cope appears to have rebuilt his life. The book follows a neurotic and messy twenty something struggling to keep his life on track. When Luc’s world unexpectedly collides with Oliver, an uptight and workaholic criminal barrister, at a low point in his life, what began as an unlikely pairing develops into a heartfelt and humorous enemies-to-lovers romance. The book was originally published back in 2022 and has over 50 global editions.

A  trailer has been released for a big screen adaptation of Colleen Hoover's book VERITY which is out this October starring Anne Hathaway, Josh Harnett and Dakota Johnson. The psychological thriller follows Lowen Ashleigh (Johnson), a struggling writer who is hired to complete a successful book series after its author, Verity Crawford (Hathaway), is incapacitated. Once inside the Crawford home, Lowen becomes entangled with Verity’s husband Jeremy (Josh Hartnett) and uncovers an unfinished manuscript that may reveal disturbing truths about the author.

Although we all thought it finished for good after the rather lukewarm third season which gave an impression of the writers being quite lost in their efforts, Apple TV has decided to bring their most popular comedy series back and we can expect TED LASSO to return with the fourth season August 5th and we have the first teaser as well. The main catch: this time: Jason Sudeikis, who is back as Ted, is back to help the Richmond soccer club owner Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham) training an all female football team! Brett Goldstein as Roy and the rest of the old crew should be all back when the new season returns this summer three years after the series ended. Jack Burditt (Modern Family, 30 Rock) has been added to the creative team as a new producer. In the new season, our beloved coach leaves behind the players he'd won over to his side, and turns his attention to Richmond's women's team. The change represents his biggest challenge yet as he again hopes to turn around their fortunes, lifting them out of the second division and propelling them towards glory. Throughout the course of the season, Ted and the team learn to leap before they look, taking chances they never thought they would. His son, Henry (Grant Feely) is also back, now much older, and so are Jeremy Swift (as Leslie Higgins) and Juno Temple (as Keeley Jones).

Although the first season just ended over on PBS Masterpiece, it actually aired on Channel 5 in UK last September and season two of THE FORSYTES costume drama is coming over there quite soon so a lavish teaserannouncing it has been released! I also don't have to remind you that the third season has already been ordered as well. Joshua Orpin, Francesca Annis, Jack Davenport, Danny Griffin, Stephen Moyer, Millie Gibson, Tuppence Middleton, Eleanor Tomlinson will all return with Richard Rankin joining the cast in the second run. In this next chapter which was shot last year in Britain, the proud dynasty faces a new era of scandal, ambition, and shifting loyalties. As love, legacy and reputation collide, the cracks in the family’s polished façade grow ever deeper. With both of the Forsyte younger cousins having problems in their marriages due to their spoilt, immature and treacherous wives, the second season will pick up about six months after the season one finale.

STAR TREK SERIES RETURNS THIS JULY

It has already been announced that the upcoming fourth and fifth seasons of STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS will be the final ones, but now it has also been announced that the official date for the launch of the fourth season will be July 23rd with new episodes streaming weekly on Paramount Plus. The streamer has also released first images from the new season featuring Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck and others who have already shot both final seasons earlier last winter. The final season will have only six episodes, while the fourth one will have the usual ten. It is not impossible that the series might birth a spin off in which Paul Wesley takes over Enterprise as Captain Kirk after guest starring in this series. You can see him in one of the season four images today together with Dan Jeannotte who plays his brother Sam Kirk, a regular crew member of Enterprise. We also know that Thomas Jane will join the last season next year as Doctor Bones and Kai Murakami as Sulu.

ITV has released first image from their new TV series THE ADULTERY in which Dominic Cooper plays Tom opposite Romola Garai’s Beth, two people who share an immediate, intense connection. The show first introduces the audience to Tom’s 15-year-old daughter Jess who has found love with schoolmate Ollie, and they can’t take their hands off one another, as love’s young dream becomes all consuming. When Tom meets Beth in the most unexpected of circumstances, the two families’ lives are potentially turned upside down forever. Shelley Conn stars as Tom’s wife Hannah, and Matthew McNulty as Beth’s husband Neil, with Johnny Sanpher and Leila Khan as the teenage lovers. The six part series has started filming this week.
