GREGG SULKIN IN FORSYTES SEASON 3

We announced recently that Channel 5 and PBS Masterpiece series THE FORSYTES is getting a third season even before the second one

Gregg Sulkin joins The Forsytes

 has aired, and now we know that Gregg Sulkin and Gabriel Antunes will be joining the cast. The third season that has begun shooting in Croatia! When Forsytes try to get some respite in the glamorous French Riviera, they quickly realize that they can’t escape their family drama. The casino, the beach and a luxurious hotel are all settings for the third chapter, which brings new characters into the family’s lives.Season two will, meanwhile, premiere soon in UK on Channel 5 with Richard Rankin joining the regular cast.

 

THE WAR SECOND SEASON CAST

TRAILER FOR NETFLIX NEW TV SERIES

Netflix has finally released a trailer for their new historical thriller mini TV series DEATH BYLIGHTNING which will arrive November 6th with Matthew MacFadyen and Michael Shannon leading the cast as American president James Garfield and his killer Charles Guiteau!

BASED ON THE NOVEL

Destiny Of The Republic by Candice Millard, the series follows Garfield  who was President in 1881 and was assassinated later that year, having previously served nine terms as a Congressman. He was elected as a Senator but declined this when he became President, despite having not sought the office. He was shot by Guiteau, who felt he had played a major role in Garfield’s election. Nick Offerman as vice president Chester Arthur, Betty Gilpin as the first lady Crete Garfield, Tuppence Middleton, Ben Miles, Kyle Soller will also appear in the cast of this period set series which arrives to the streamer next month.

The Trial TV movie will air this Thursday

set in the United Kingdom in the not too near future and today we have a trailer and also an airing date: the one off film will arrive this Thursday, May 8th! 

 

THE TRIAL FOLLOWS 

Dione and David Sinclair, a couple thrust into a nightmarish legal battle when their teenage daughter, Teah, commits a serious crime. Netflix has announced a very dull 2025 movie and series offer this week, and among them is new historical thriller mini TV series DEATH BY LIGHTNING which we first announced back in February last year when it was revealed that Matthew MacFadyen and Michael Shannon will lead the cast playing American president James Garfield and his killer Charles Guiteau, and now we have the first images from it.

Last week we announced cast for Nigthsleeper series which will be set on a train and now we have another new series with seven episodes set in real time on a seven hour flight: arriving to Apple TV Plus June 28th is Idris Elba's new action thriller series HIJACK with a two episode global opening debut. 

 

TOLD IN REAL TIME

 it is a tense thriller that follows the journey of a hijacked plane as it makes its way to London over a seven-hour flight, and authorities on the ground scramble for answers. Idris Elba will star as Sam Nelson, an accomplished negotiator in the business world who needs to step up and use all his guile to try and save the lives of the passengers, but his high-risk strategy could be his undoing. Archie Panjabi will play the role of Zahra Gahfoor, a counter terrorism officer who is on the ground when the plane is hijacked and becomes part of the investigation. In addition to Elba and Panjabi, the series stars Christine Adams, Max Beesley, Eve Myles, Neil Maskell, Jasper Britton, Harry Michell, Aimée Kelly, Mohamed Elsandel and Ben Miles.
