 A DISCOVERY OF WITCHES
SEASON 3 ARRIVES JANUARY
The final chapter starts January 7th
Good news about the beginning of the year is that we will have at least two interesting new series to watch: Sky is launching the 2022 season with the third season of A DISCOVERY OF WITCHES series which starts airing January 7th on Sky Max. In the third and final installment of the serial adaptation of Deborah Harkness’ All Souls book trilogy, vampire Matthew (Matthew Goode) and witch Diana (Teresa Palmer) return from 1590 to find tragedy at his castle of Sept Tours! They must find the missing pages from the Book of Life and the Book itself before it’s too late, but a monster from Matthew’s past is lying in wait for his return. The series will
The final season will have eight episodes like the previous ones

  1. Mixed feelings. It looks so lavish, actors I cannot stand look good and interesting, but The Gilded Age is not Downton, and it could go very wrong

    1. Yes, too many horrid actors in it from Meryl's privileged daughter to Baranski and Nixon, but we do love Harry and Blake.

  2. I still need to watch A Discovery of Witches. I tried a while back and maybe just didn't give it enough time.

    1. The first season was rather dull, the second one was more interesting, but it defo isn't the best series ever LOL It had potential but the people who worked on it were mediocre in their jobs.

  3. Yes to Gilded, but as Malena said, there are so actors in this one that I cannot stand either so it might be a hard pill to swallow.

Still passing on Witches. I suppose the followers of the show will be sad it's coming to an end though.

    1. Both Witches and Outlander needed to end at the first season, so they are lucky those series lasted so long.

    2. I gave up on Outlander after season 2. I'm surprised it's lasted so long!

  5. These both seem ok, but not good enough to put before what’s already stacked on my very long list of things to watch.
