starring Brenton Thwaites, Theo Rossi, Skylar Astin, Kyle Gallner, and Alan Ritchson next to Billy Zane and Matthew Reese. It will be available before that on DirectTV virtually from June 18th. This period set horror thriller follows five battle hardened American soldiers assigned to hold a French Chateau near the end of World War II. Formerly occupied by the Nazi high command, this unexpected respite quickly descends into madness when they encounter a supernatural enemy far more terrifying than anything seen on the battlefield. The film was directed by Eric Bress.

Also out next month, July 10th on VOD to be precise, is science fiction action movie ARCHIVE starring Theo James and Rhona Mitra alongside Toby Jones. The film which was directed and written by Gavin Rothery, and shot over in Hungarian capital Budapest (the above mentioned Ghosts of War was shot in Bulgaria), has the story set in 2038: George Almore is working on a true human equivalent AI. His latest prototype is almost ready. This sensitive phase is also the riskiest. Especially as he has a goal that must be hidden at all costs: being reunited with his dead wife.

  1. I wonder how far off we are from actually having robots that adapt to one's personality/mannerisms. For me, that would just be creepy, but I am sure there would be some that would find comfort in such a creation.

  2. Ghosts of War isn't exactly my favorite genre, but, I may make an exception thanks to the hunky lead!

    1. At one point they tried to make a new teen superstar out of him and, sadly, did not succeed. He was sweet in Gods of Egypt and Pirates of the Caribbean.
