ROBERT DE NIRO TO BE
After Melissa McCarthy had had a crazy road trip with her grandma Susan Sarandon in TAMMY, Zac Efron will do the same with Robert De Niro in DIRTY GRANDPA! According to 'The Hollywood Reporter' the story of the comedy will revolve around a young man (Zac Efron) who, just before his wedding, gets tricked by his perverted grandpa (Robert De Niro) to go on a road trip to Florida for spring break. The grandfather, a former U.S. Army General, tries to prove to his grandson that he is about to marry the wrong woman. As you know Robert De Niro will play a dynamic senior citizen in THE INTERN too, where he will play an elderly intern who offers help to a fashion website owner Anne Hathaway.

Oh evil, evil coven.
ReplyDeletethey shouldn't really mess with Vin :)
DeleteThe last Witch Hunter could be fun, and I do like Vinn - although he isn't looking like his usual handsome self there...
ReplyDeleteyep, but that is just the medieval version of his character, I think he will have a modern version too
DeleteRobert De Niro to play Zac Effron's dirty grandpa sounds fun! :)
ReplyDeletesure does :)
DeleteI was going through your posts and I came across the one about the elephant that was tortured for 50 years. Please, please, don't send him back to his captures. I'm sure someone out there is willing to pay the amount owed by the courts.
ReplyDeleteI will not be able to accept any other end of the court case....
DeleteI didn't recognize Vin Diesel.
ReplyDeleteDirty Grandpa sounds like it'll be fun.
he is all dirty and scruffy in the picture :)
Deletedoesn't seem like it but SotC is a rather old game
ReplyDeleteI hear it has been sold in a few million copies so far
DeleteI love De Niro in comedy roles. I am sure I will like him as Dirty Grandpa!
ReplyDeleteyep, I prefer him in comedy roles too.
DeleteDid anyone say dirty grandpa? Oh I thought I heard my name. My bad.
DeleteDirty, possibly, grandpa, hardly :)
DeleteInteresting pixs coming out. DeNiro should be great as Dirty Grandpa.
ReplyDeletehe should... he already proved himself as a dirty father in law :)
DeleteWell, Vin was a tree, so why not this rather hairy coated character. Should be fun.
ReplyDeletehe can be anything he wants... he is cool like that :)
DeleteYeah, that comparison to the Melissa McCarthy/Susan Sarandon movie is definitely a valid one. Although Zach Effron will bring in the younger audiences.
ReplyDeletethey sure will! And TAMMY was a flop :)
DeleteI was once hunted down by a witch hunter. Or was it a colleague? I don't remember.
ReplyDeleteWas she holding a stake or a pencil?
DeleteA pencil. A big one....
Deleteoh, noes... did it hit the target?
DeleteLooking forward to The Last Witch Hunter. Not so much the other two though. At one time, I would have said, "Oh Robert De Niro is in it? I can't wait to see it!" He has kind of ruined that for me with many of his role choices.
ReplyDeletehe did turn himself into a comedian in the last decade... I myself prefer him like that :)
