Netflix has released a teaser for their new mini TV series SEVEN DIALS based on Agatha Christie's book which will be available for streaming as of January 15th as one of the first new series of 2026! Chris Chibnall created the three part series with Mia McKenna Bruce leading the cast of the clever mystery as Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, a young, determined sleuth.  THE STORY IS SET IN 

England, 1925. At a lavish country house party, a practical joke appears to have gone horribly, murderously wrong. It will be up to the unlikeliest of sleuths, the fizzingly inquisitive Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, to unravel a chilling plot that will change her life, cracking wide open the country house mystery. A witty, epic, and fast-paced drama from the Queen of Crime, Agatha Christie, is brought to life in a thrilling new version for Netflix. An apocalyptic trailer has been released for science fiction disaster action movie WORLD BREAKER which will storm into cinemas January 30th with Luke Evans and Milla Jovovich in the lead roles. Five years ago, a tear in the fabric of reality brought creatures to our world from an alternate dimension bent on our destruction. Luke Evans plays a father who hides his daughter on an island to keep her safe, while he prepares her for survival and the battles to come. TriStar Pictures has released a trailer with popular comedian Nate Bargatze and pop star Mandy Moore as leads of their new comedy movie

The movie will hit the cinemas next March

 THE BREADWINNER which will mark his big screen acting debut out March 13th. Moore plays Nate’s supermom wife, Katie, who lands a deal on Shark Tank. The catch? It requires her to set out on an extended business trip — and leave her husband in charge. Subsequently, the lifelong breadwinner of the family becomes a stay-at-home dad and quickly realizes he’s in way over his head. Bargatze also wrote the script for this movie that will see Stella Grace Fitzgerald, Birdie Borria and Charlotte Ann Tucker star as their daughters. Eric Appel is directing. Over from Sky comes first trailer for their new six part series UNDER SALT MARSH set in the fictional Welsh town of Morfa Halen, a place caught between towering mountains and a fast-encroaching sea. As a once-in-a-generation storm begins to gather far out at sea, former detective turned teacher Jackie Ellis (Kelly Reilly) discovers the body of her 8-year-old pupil, Cefin, seemingly drowned. The discovery sends shockwaves through the community, reviving the ghost of an unsolved cold case that rocked the town three years prior – the disappear- ance of Jackie’s niece, Nessa, which cost her career. Cefin’s death summons Jackie’s former partner, Detective Eric Bull (Rafe Spall), back to Morfa Halen to lead the investigation into a community he failed once before. Convinced the cases are linked, Jackie and  Bull must reconcile and race to uncover long-buried secrets inside Morfa, before the storm breaks and all the evidence is gone for good. Prepare to watch the cutest trailer of the year - the one for Hugh Jackman's new movie THE SHEEP DETECTIVES which hits theatres May 8th next year. Regina Hall, Brett Goldstein, Bryan Cranston, Patrick Stewart, Nicholas Galitzine and Emma Thompson also star in this film based on the 2005 novel Three Bags Full by Leonie Swann. Every night a shepherd reads aloud a murder mystery, pretending his sheep can understand. When he is found dead, the sheep realize at once that it was a murder and think they know everything about how to go about solving it. The local cop, on the other hand, has never solved a serious crime in his life, so the sheep conclude they will have to solve it themselves, even if it means leaving their meadow for the first time and facing the fact that the human world isn't as simple as it appears in books.

First trailer has been released from Guy Ritchie's new period set television series YOUNG SHERLOCK with young Hero Fienness Tiffin in the lead role. To stream from March 4th on Prime Video, this brand new costume drama adventure follows the origin story of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s beloved detective in a re-imagining of the iconic character’s early days. Sherlock Holmes is a disgraced young man, raw and unfiltered, when he finds himself wrapped up in a murder case that threatens his liberty. His first ever case unravels a globe trotting conspiracy that changes his life forever. Unfolding in 1870s Oxford and adventuring abroad, the series will expose the early antics of the anarchic adolescent who is yet to evolve into Baker Street’s most renowned resident.

Jimmy is out in cinemas next November

It is not actually coming out to cinemas anytime soon with the premiere scheduled for November 6th next year, but we already have the first trailer and poster with KJ Apa in the lead role in James Stewart biopic JIMMY which also includes Jason Alexander as Louis B. Mayer, Max Casella as Frank Capra, Sarah Drew as Hedda Hopper, Julian Works as Second Lieutenant Martinez, and Jen Lilley as Stewart’s wife Gloria while Neal McDonough stars as Stewart’s father. The movie chronicles Pennsylvania-native Stewart’s rise in Hollywood, including winning an Academy Award for his work in “The Philadelphia Story,” before enlisting in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a combat pilot at the beginning of World War II and he flew 20 missions over Europe, rising to the rank of colonel, only to return home broken and disheartened. Not long after his return home, he starred in Capra’s “It’s a Wonderful Life” in 1946.

Last summer you trusted spy told you that Paramount + UK is turning Hollie Overton's book into a thriller TV series. BABY DOLL and now we have a trailer and posters. With the title changed into GIRL TAKEN it will follow twin sisters Lily and Abby (Talalah and Delphie Evans), whose lives are shattered when Lily is abducted from their quiet rural English town by beloved local teacher Rick Hansen (Alfie Allen). After years of abuse in captivity, Lily escapes only to discover that freedom brings its own challenges. The world she longed to return to has moved on without her. As Abby, Lily and their mother Eve (Jill Halfpenny) struggle to rebuild their family, they must confront the lasting damage and the terrifying reality that Rick is still out there, determined to control the narrative and evade justice. Niamh Walsh will also star. The six-part series will debut on 8th January 2026!

Coming to MGM+ February 1st next year from David Hilton and Preston Thompson is a new mystery Paris set series VANISHED which has Sam Claflin and Kaley Cuoco as leads and today you can check out the first images. They will be Alice and Tom, a couple whose romantic getaway to Paris takes a dark turn after Tom suddenly disappears aboard a train to the south of France. Alice is plunged into a web of intrigue and danger, uncovering shocking secrets about the man she thought she knew. Matthias Schweighöfer and Karin Viard will also star in the new series coming up next February.
