After the first teaser a month ago, straight from MGM+ comes dynamic full trailer and new images courtesy of Entertainment Weekly for their new epic TV series ROBIN HOOD which will have a two episode premiere November 2nd!  It will stream on Stan in Australia. Check out the trailer below and tell us what you think are you excited for probably the most anticipated new series this Autumn?
WHAT IS THE STORY? 
 Following the Norman invasion of England, Rob (Jack Patten), a Saxon forester’s son, and Marian (Lauren McQueen) daughter of a Norman lord,
Connie Nielsen is queen Eleanor
 fall in love and work together to fight for justice and freedom. As Rob rises as the leader of a band of rebel outlaws, Marian infiltrates the power at court, as both work together to thwart royal corruption and bring peace to the land. 
 

 WHO IS IN THE MERRY GANG?
Sean Bean stars as Sheriff of Nottingham and Connie Nielsen as queen Eleanore of Aquitane. Tom Mison also stars as Rob's father with Graeme Thomas King as Prince John, younger brother to Richard, son of King Henry, and a dangerous pretender to the throne, and Jelena Gavrilovic as Godda, a mythological Saxon goddess. Lydia Peckham is Priscilla of Nottingham, the Sheriff’s daughter who understands the rules of power and plays them to her advantage, Steven Waddington is Earl of Huntingdon, a ruthless Norman lord and the father of Maid Marian, Marcus Fraser is Little John, Robin’s most loyal ally, Angus Castle-Doughty is Friar Tuck, a principled young monk who aligns himself with Robin Hood’s outlaws in pursuit of true justice and Henry Rowley is Will, a young man caught between two worlds who wants belonging, respect, and a future beyond the shadows of the forest also joining. How do you like these brand new images from the green forests of Serbia where the show was shot?

  1. Not a fan of Robin Hood, and it has enough of different versions out there...

    1. All of them boring, which gives hope that this one might not be, plus it was shot in my country you should watch it for that reason at least.
