Netflix is planning to turn Harry Allard's popular children's book MISS NELSON IS MISSING into a TV series with Melissa McCarthy tapped as the double lead. The classic book series follows a misbehaving class 
whose teacher is mysteriously absent from school one day. But after a week with their strict substitute, Viola Swamp, the kids can’t wait for Miss Nelson to come back. According to Deadline, McCarthy will play both Nelson and Swamp in the film.

She looks kinda different here...don't really think she was funny in any of her comic shows..but, well...
ReplyDeleteYes, you either love her or not, I personally think her humour is sometimes too stupid, but that is because her husband writers all of her roles.

DeleteI do like her very much. Loved her in Gilmore Girls and hope this character is more like her Sookie character from that show than the white trash roles she portrays in her comedies.
