NEW WW1 TV SERIES FROM FRANCE
After our visit yesterday to Belgium in our weekend of new international TV series (I will take you to Russia tomorrow) we are today over in France with
fantasy series set in First World War THE SENTINELS which will air in France on Canal + September 29th. I reported on the series during the London Screenings back in February, but now we have a trailer.

WHAT IS THE STORY?
On a WW1 battlefield French Private Gabriel (Louis Peres) is wounded. His family is told he is dead. In fact, he has been chosen to be part of a
secret research program to
create a new kind of soldier. Inoculated with
a mysterious serum, when he awakens, Gabriel is stronger and faster
than a normal human. He is recruited
into The Sentinels, a band of elite fighters. Based on the Xavier Dorison and Enrique Breccia graphic novels, the French-language drama will air in eight episodes.

I hope we're able to watch this here at some point because this sounds like something I might enjoy.
