FIRE IS SWALLOWING OCEAN IN THE BURNING SEA ACTION PACKED CATASTROPHY MOVIE TRAILER! MOVING GREAT FREEDOM AWARD WINNING FILM FOLLOWS ITS HERO FROM NAZI CAMPS TO PRISON FOR BEING GAY

 THE BURNING SEA TRAILER
FOR NORDIC DISASTER MOVIE
We are going international today with two beautiful trailers coming from Europe. First up is mind blowing trailer for disaster movie THE BURNING SEA which arrives this February after already playing in its home country of
The Burning Sea is out this February
Norway's cinemas back in October. As you can see below in the action packed trailer filled with thrills, the disaster starts when excessive offshore drilling in Norway's neighboring North Sea opens a massive crack on the bottom of the ocean right next to an oil rig. After the oil platform dramatically goes down on the Norwegian coast, the researchers try to find out what happened but they realize this is just the start of something even more serious: the crack caused a major gas leak, and the sea is now literally burning around them and the fire is spreading very fast. To make matters worse the ocean crack threatens to expand and swallow everything in its way, turning oil exploration into a potential cataclysm that could destroy humanity. A team of researchers,
The movie comes from director John Andreas Andersen
including submarine operator Sofia (Kristine Kujath Thorp), rushes in to search for the missing and assess the cause of the damage. As rigs are evacuated, Sofia's loving companion Stian (Henrik Bjelland) becomes trapped in the depths of the sea, and Sofia must dive in to rescue him.

  GREAT FREEDOM TRAILER
FROM NAZI CAMP TO PRISON
A disaster of terrible proportions also awaits the hero of deeply moving German movie GREAT FREEDOM in which the genocides and holocaust of World War 2 continue on a personal plan for some other groups within society
Great Freedom arrives this March
even after the war has ended. In post-war Germany, liberation by the Allies does not mean freedom for everyone. After surviving the brutalities of concentration camps, Hans (Franz Rogowski) is repeatedly imprisoned under Paragraph 175, which criminalizes homosexuality. Over the decades, he develops an unlikely bond with his cellmate Viktor (Georg Friedrich). After winning awards at Cannes and European Film Awards, Sebastian Meise's film has won more than twenty other laurels at festivals around the world. After already playing in Germany, Austria and Serbia, the movie will start opening around the world from February, including a March USA release.

  1. Great Freedom is a movie that needs to be watched. It's a topic we barely hear about, if at all. I had no idea that not everyone was freed during the liberations.

    1. What do you mean you had no idea? Being gay was against the law just a few decades ago in most of the world and still is in some places.

    2. I'm with Jax. I consider myself an expert in the Holocaust, and yet it never ocurred to me that freeing homosexuals from Nazi horror meant they could still be considered criminals. Homosexuality was decriminalized in Germany only in 1968. In my country it remained illegal until the late 90s.

    3. It is still illegal in so many countries, we often see gay men and women whipped publicly in Indonesia and other Muslim countries. I think it is still considered criminal in Russia as well, but I am not sure. Freedom goes just for some, it is obviously not for everyone as even those who consider themselves just, democratic and liberal can be oppressive to those who do not think or live like them.
Our prime ministress here (a vile and crazy stupid woman) is a lesbian, and yet she did nothing for other gay people and their rights. She even got herself a son with her wife, even though our law does not allow that to other gay people, neither having kids, nor marrying. But she is the leader of the organised crime along with our dictator, president Pussylips.

    4. I certainly don't consider myself an expert, but I am well read on the subject. It sounds like something that needs to be spoken about more. I still don't understand how homosexuality can be illegal. The fact that it ever was and continues to be in some places is a disgrace. Where are the woke mobs? They should focus on making a real difference by making noise about this!

  2. Homosexuality id legal in Russia since 1993, but they have a ton of legal impediments that makes it difficult to be gay there.

  3. Great Freedom is definitely a story that needs to be told. Like Jax said, it’s not something that’s really ever talked about when it comes to stories of the Holocaust.

    1. Pretty much every regime hated gays, sadly. Except Sparta, probably, which actually encouraged it wholeheartedly.
