  1. This sounds different. I'd give it a try. I wonder if the "savage land" is modern day society.

  2. Eh, I didn't care for the book. Gave it a try after reading about it here, and while I do like dystopian stories, this one just wasn't my cuppa.

    1. I was expecting something more spectacular, this looks a bit cheap. I hope Foundation with Lee Pace will be better, but I don't even know what series we can expect to see this year since so many of them had halted production due to the effing corona. Good thing I made myself a list of old classic shows I never got to see and I keep it as my secret stash for SOS situations. But even that can last only so long.

    2. It will be interesting to see what does head our way this year, or if fall line up will get pushed back to winter.

    3. Nobody knows, I mean even if this shit ends during summer, that is not enough time to continue with productions on time. I'm guessing they will try to finish the ones that only need finishing touches, but new pilots probably won't be shot and they will opt for straight to series orders with new shows then coming only in midseason or even later. This also means that some of the, for example, sitcoms that would be cancelled otherwise, will get a second season as it is easier to develop a new season of an already established project. This gives me hope that Carol's Second Chance could continue. And some of the shows that would otherwise be killed off, Last Man Standing for example, could get new seasons too just for that reason. Of course, this all goes if corona even thins enough during summer to allow for new shootings. There will also be a nightmare with actors' schedules when this all ends.
