'INHERITANCE' MOVIE
SOME SECRETS CAN'T BE BURIED
Inheritance is directed by Vaughn Stein |
A patriarch of a wealthy and powerful family
suddenly passes away, leaving his wife and daughter with a shocking
secret inheritance that threatens to unravel and destroy their lives.
The trailer is a bit scary, and I apologize for that - lack of materials
in the corona infested world. Chace Crawford, Connie Nielsen, Simon
Pegg (who lost 12kg for this role), Patrick Warburton also star in the
movie set for a May 22nd release.
'THE HEAD' HBO SERIES
YOU ARE NOT SAFE ANY MORE EVEN AT ANTARCTICA
If that wasn't scary enough, check out the trailer for HBO Asia's new six part series THE HEAD which arrives June 12th to HBO, HBO Go and other HBO channels around the world! It is a survival thriller set in the Polaris VI
international polar station in Antarctica during its long, dark Antarctic months, engulfed by the cold, the wind and the vast expanses of ice. A select group of scientists from different countries are in charge of maintaining the base operational during the long polar nights. But in the midst of winter, the
station suddenly stops communicating with the outside world. Tomohisa Yamashita, John Lynch, Katherine O’Donnelly, Alexandre Willaume, Laura Bach, Sandra Andreis, Amelia Hoy, Chris Reilly, Richard Sammel and Tom Lawrence star.
The series was shot in a 2000 square-meter studio in Tenerife, Spain, where the purpose built set of the Polaris VI research station was erected in actual size |
The six part series will also air on HBO channels around the world |
I'd be pretty pissed with that inheritance. Her father must have hated her to leave her a creepy old dude in a cellar instead of riches.
ReplyDeleteI totally did not get who the guy is.
DeleteI guess that's why we're supposed to watch the film, to find out who he is and what his deal is.
DeleteI'm not sure I wanna find out anything about Simon Pegg, cannot stand the prick :)
DeleteEep! Can't we just have something lighthearted and witty? Something that makes us laugh and feel warm & fuzzy inside?
ReplyDeleteI'm barely finding material as it is, geez :)
DeleteWe are waiting for Dr. Dolittle to come on the Disney+ app. My daughter looks every day. We need something light because we are wound up real tight right now.
DeleteIt did flop big time in cinemas, so I hope it won't disappoint you.
DeleteOh no!! I won't tell Mushy. She's been looking forward to it.
DeleteMaybe she'll like it.
DeleteNever really liked Lily, I think I did watch her in that action movie with Taylor Lautner, though.
ReplyDeleteThink it's pretty darn obvious why.
I personally adore her, one of the very few of the young actresses that actually has talent, she was mindblowing in BBC Les Miserables series, an Emmy worthy performance. She just has that warm, shiny charisma, was perfect in Mirror Mirror as well, born for the big and small screens.
DeleteI feel bad for Lily's character to receive such a scary inheritance, but I'm really intrigued to find out more. Maybe I'll wait for this lock down to be over before watching this.
ReplyDeleteYes, not wanna watch films about people locked down in a cellar during a real lockdown LOL
