  1. The name Rachel Ward rings a bell. I remember her as actress in the famous movie "The thorn birds" with Richard Chamberlain. She had magnetic presence there. And now, it appears she's the film director of Palm Beach.
    Sam Neill and Greta Scacchi, two late middle-aged charismatic actors will easily help in 'selling' this movie about a birthday party at a luxury beach location in Sydney.

    1. Yes, that is the same Rachel :) That series was such a hit when we were young! She and Bryan Brown have been married together for three decades now! Their daughter Matilda Brown is also in the film!

  2. Palm Beach kind of reminds me of the American show Parenthood (no longer broadcast). Looks like one I'd really enjoy.
