   NEW NBC MULTICAM SITCOMS
BRENT MORIN'S STORE SITCOM
Brent Morin returns to TV after Undateable
Comedy all the way today! We fell in love with him in one of TV's most original sitcoms Undateable, and now the ever so talented and charming Brent Morin is coming back as the star and co writer of new NBC multi camera sitcom in which he will play Andy Hewitt who, in a desperate attempt to prove himself to his family after losing his dream job, has no choice but to take a retail job at the world’s most fashionable department store.

SAVE THE DELI
Speaking of stores and comedies, NBC is also developing multicam sitcom SAVE THE DELI based on David Sax' book which centres around a  young woman, who much to the shock of her family, friends and mostly herself, becomes the new owner of her Chicago family deli after her grandfather dies. Naturally, her very opinionated staff and family members make the job unbearable since they all have conflicting ideas of how to save the deli.

  1. "Save the Deli" sounds like it could have some potential. The others do not.

  2. Your 'today's offer' is a good one - two lovely comedies!

Delicatessen and the trend for a slim, healthy body don't go well together , and create many comic situations. It's good that we can laugh about these things, in our effort 'to save the deli' cosummerism.

I've 'trained' myself to look those goodies 'in the eye', and walk past them. It's not easy, and it's not that I wish to be slim; I just want to be able to walk on my feet.

    1. We do love comedies, my rule is - at least two sitcoms a week and you won't be sick!
I'm a vegetarian, so I've given up on delicatessen long time ago. It is better to eat to live not to live to eat.

  3. I totally agree with 'eat to live not live to eat.'
Vegetarianism is probably best(I'm almost there myself). However, nuts, avocado, hummus, tahine, tofu and other popular non-animal products are rich in calories and therefore should be eaten sparingly as they add to body weight.
The above are considered healthy products, but being overweight is not healthy.

    1. My diet mostly consists of boiled veggies, fresh fruit and seeds.... a bird diet :) I do love smoked tofu a few times a month, but I prefer lentils, beans, peas, millet, and such things. I also eat sesame, flax, chia, sunflower and pumpkin seeds on a daily basis, usually as a spread for my morning toast with some coconut oil. Haven't eat any meat in more than a decade, probably even longer. And I ditched most of the dairy too last year.

  4. Hurray for Fuller House making a return. I admit, I questioned them reviving it in the beginning, but it's one of my new favorite sitcoms. The trailer tells me that this season will not disappoint either.

    1. the only thing I don't like is that the parents and uncles are moving in with them... I always thought the episodes with them were weak and kinda meh... I think the girls work better alone with kids. Uncle Joey is especially annoying. He used to be my fave character in the old show, but now he and his kids just wreck my nerves.

    2. For sure! Uncle Joey I wish they would fix that character. Totally annoying. I think their dad is a bit annoying too, but we always love to see Uncle Jesse. Like Rob Low, they are 80's/90's icons that NEVER AGE!

    3. yes, Bob Saget was hot and charming as dedicated dad in the old series, now he is just weird and not very natural. My fave are DJ, Jackson, Steve and Kimmy Gibbler's hot brother :) The rest of the cast annoys me. The middle son and that Ramona gurl are horrid little actors, but tolerable.

    4. I can't get enough of Jackson. He makes me giggle in every episode.

    5. he is delightful, and I like his personality in the show. At first I did not like his new gurlfriend, but now she's growing on me as she seems to be a good type for him :) DJ won't be happy, though, given she's the daughter of her mortal enemy :) I also like the lil' girlfriend of DJ's youngest son Max. The only one I could not stand was Ramona's Popko.
