Who will be checking into a five star hotel is what we have been wondering ever since the third season of THE WHITE LOTUS ended with a (literal) bang over in Thailand, and now we have the first casting additions: Steve Coogan, newcomer Caleb Jonte Edwards, Alexander Ludwig and AJ Michalka are the first known names in the cast. There are also rumours that Helena Bonham Carter and Chris Messina might also join the new HBO series season which will this time take our guest over to France with Château de La Messardière in Saint-Tropez their welcoming new luxury resort.
Netflix has released a teaser for their new mini TV series SEVEN DIALS based on Agatha Christie's book which will be available for streaming as of January 15th as one of the first new series of 2026! Chris Chibnall created the three part series with Mia McKenna Bruce leading the cast of the clever mystery as Lady Eileen “Bundle” Brent, a young, determined sleuth. While this is already available for streaming as of this month over at ITVX for viewers in United Kingdom, it will hit Northern American audience March 17th when the three episode mini series NOLLY will start airing on PBS. If I got it right it will also stream on Foxtel in Australia and it had its linear UK premiere on ITV during New Year holidays. Created by Russell T. Davies, this series is exploring the reign, and fall from grace, of the inimitable British soap star, Noele Gordon played by Helena Bonham Carter. The cast also includes Max Brown, Mark Gattis, and Augustus Prew.

Toronto Film Festival is getting closer and closer each day and getting a world premiere at the prestige festival is ONE LIFE movie drama which tells the true story of Sir Nicholas ‘Nicky’ Winton, a young London banker (played by Johnny Flynn) who, on the eve of World War II, saved 669
children from the Nazis – more than the number of children who survived
the Holocaust in Czechoslovakia. With war fast approaching, Winton
visited a recently annexed Prague and witnessed first-hand Jewish
refugee families with little to no shelter and food. He immediately
realized it was a race against time to see how many children he and his friends could rescue before time ran out. Fifty years later, in 1988, Winton (Anthony Hopkins)
is haunted by the fate of the children he wasn’t able to bring to
safety in England. It’s not until a live television show “That’s Life”
surprises him with the surviving children – now adults – seated all around him that he can finally make peace with the loss he had carried for five decades. First story is set in the 1800s, impoverished Raymond meets a mysterious benefactor who promises to restore both him and his family to their former status. In chapter two, set in the present day, a harassed property developer tries to make a quick sale from a renovation.
