'SEA CHANGE' SETS CAST
FOR TV SERIES ADAPTATION
Here's something potentially interesting over at Lifetime! They've set the cast for TV series adaptation of Aimee Friedman's YA novel SEA CHANGE
It follows Miranda Merchant (Emily Rudd) a teen girl on a journey
to reunite with her estranged mother Amelia (Maria Dizzia), who lives on a
seemingly idyllic island off the coast of New England. As Miranda
settles into island life, she finds herself torn between TJ (Keenan Tracey),
heir to one of the oldest Selkie families, and mysterious bad boy Leo
(Skyler Maxon) who is part of the working class “townies.” When Miranda learns
about the Seawalkers, who, according to local legend, are half human and
half sea creature, she begins to believe that they could be real. As
she uncovers more about her family’s past, Miranda makes a startling
discovery about her own connections to the Seawalkers!
'TABLE 19' COMEDY TRAILER
LISA KUDROW & ANNA KENDRICK
Meanwhile, the only trailer I have for you today is a funny one for comedy TABLE 19 starring Lisa Kudrow and Anna Kendrick which is out next January! Ex-maid of honour Eloise - having been relieved of her duties after being unceremoniously dumped by the best man via text - decides to attend the wedding anyway only to find herself seated with 5 "random" guests at the dreaded Table 19.
I like the "middle finger" poster for Table 19! Or should that be "middle tine"?
ReplyDeleteOMG didn't even realize it was a middle finger :)
DeleteI only noticed that now as well!
Deletewhere would we be without Debs!
DeleteTable 19 looks funny. I'd much rather hang out with the riff raff than the snotty toddy's at the wedding any day.
ReplyDelete'tis always better at the quiet table!
DeleteDumped via text message? I wonder what that's like. Thumb up or down?
ReplyDeleteUp when he's dumping Kendrick!
DeleteYou're a naughty guy.
DeleteI always love Anna Kendrick..and teaming up with Lisa Kudrow this time? Dynamite..
ReplyDeleteI do like Kudrow!
