Westerns seem to be trendy again, and we have a trailer for another one titled FRONTIER CRUCIBLE that has Thomas Jane, Armie Hammer, Myles Clohessy in the cast. Set in the Arizona Territory of the 1870s, the film will follow a former soldier (Clohessy) with a tragic past who is thrown into an uneasy alliance with three outlaws (Jane, Hammer and Jonah Kagen), a beautiful woman (Mary Stickley), and her  wounded husband (Eli Brown), in an attempt to survive the elements and hostiles of the western frontier. THE STORY OF THE FILM FOLLOWS

a wagon full of crucial medical supplies that is targeted in an Apache attack. The only man who can guide it through to its destination is Merrick Beckford, but he needs to enlist the help of a trio of dangerous outlaws. When they accidentally kill an Apache scout, the stakes are raised considerably. Eddie Spears and Zane Holtz will also star. The film is out December 5th both in cinemas and digitally so you can choose your way to watch it.

A new star has joined the latest movie adaptation of Agatha Christie's DEATH ON THE NILE! Director and actor Kenneth Branagh has revealed that White Princess star Jodie Comer will form the film's leading trio with Armie Hammer and Gal Gadot! In the film scheduled for December 2019 Branagh will again play famous detective Hercule Poirot beside directing the movie. 

The film will see him investigating a murder during a luxurious cruise on the Nile River that he just happens to be on. But just as he identifies a motley collection of would-be killers, several of the suspects also meet their demise, which only deepens the mystery. His new adventure was teased in the end of his previous adaptation Murder on the Orient Express which featured a massively stellar cast but lacked in quality and atmosphere.

The 1940 Alfred Hitchcock adaptation starring Joan Fontaine and  Laurence Olivier won an Oscar for Best Film that year and also 11 nominations. Armie Hammer will play brooding Maxim de Winter who  brings his second wife, and the narrator of the story, into his house.

JOINS 'FREAKSHIFT' WITH ALICIA VIKANDER

After she is done chasing after her father as Lara Croft in the reboot of Tomb Raider, Oscar Winner Alicia Vikander will be chasing something a lot more scary and now she has a partner to do it with (not that, you naughty devils). Armie Hammer has joined her in supernatural action thriller horror FREAKSHIFT. The story has envisioned the two of them playing a part of a band of misfit cops who hunt down and kill nocturnal underground monsters! With the shooting set to start this August Armie is ready to play her love interest in the movie. Later this year, Armie will also appear in Final Portrait with Geoffrey Rush, the story of Swiss painter and sculptor Alberto Giacometti.

With the news that Ovation TV has acquired US TV rights on ITV's WW2 series The Halcyon for the viewers in America, another of ITV's brilliant series THE DURRELLS is set to start with its second season later this month and today you can check out the first trailer for it! 'THE DEEP' MERMAID SERIES

Meanwhile, FreeForm is rounding up its cast for their new mermaid fantasy series THE DEEP! The story will be set in Bristol Cove, a coastal town known for its legend of once being home to mermaids. When the arrival of a mysterious girl proves this folklore all too true, the battle between man and sea takes a very vicious turn, as these predatory beings return to reclaim their right to the ocean. Eline Powell will play the girl, Ryn, while Alex Roe will take the male lead as a bright marine biologist who finds himself drawn to her. Fola Evans Akingbola will play a marine biologist who works with Ben and is highly suspicious of Ryn. Ian Verdun plays Xander, a          deep sea fisherman on a quest to uncover the truth and Rena Owen is Helen, the town eccentric who seems to know more about the mermaids than she lets on.
