SEE JANNIS NIEWOHNER AS AN IRRESISTIBLE CONMAN IN THE LATEST MOVIE ADAPTATION OF THOMAS MANN'S FAMOUS PERIOD SET NOVEL CONFESSIONS OF FELIX KRULL

Felix Krull visited German cinemas in September
I am not exactly sure how this one had managed to escape my radar, especially as it stars our most favourite German super star, always brilliant and charismatic Jannis Niewohner, but CONFESSIONS OF FELIX KRULL (Bekenntnisse des Hochstaplers Felix Krull), the latest big screen adaptation of famous Nobel prize winner Thomas Mann's novel, about a handsome youth of humble origins who rises in society through his connections made as an elevator attendant in a luxury hotel, was released in Germany last Autumn directed and writen by Detlev Buck.

  1. Sounds better than Munich that I saw last night. I wasn't happy with your Boo in that one. I wasn't happy with the film which I hoped would have propelled Jannis to an international star rank.
