Set in 1930 it centres around Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, an Airmail pilot in Argentina. When his best friend who happens to be Airmail’s best pilot Henri Guillaumet disappears in the Andes, Saint-Ex decides to set out in search of him, against all odds. This impossible quest forces him to push beyond his limits, turning his capacity to dream into his greatest strength.

CineEuropa reports that Anne Fontaine has cast Raphael Personnaz, Vincent Perez and Jeanne Balibar in her biopic on Maurice Ravel titled BOLERO. Doria Tillier, Emmanuelle Devos, Suzanne Clement and Sophie Guillemin will also star. Netflix will stream the film that looks back at the origins of the Bolero, when it was nothing but a simple command made by choreographer Ida Rubinstein to Maurice Ravel. Believe it or not April is just two weeks away from us and that means that the adventure we have been waiting for is ready to hit cinemas with the first part

of the planned duology THE THREE MUSKE- TEERS: D'ARTAGNAN and then the second part -  THE THREE MUSKE- TEERS: MILADY will arrive in December this year, Pathe has meanwhile released the magnificent character posters to wet our appetites! Beside that, together with Disney Plus they are also making two spin off TV series MILADY: ORIGINS which will follow the beginnings of the elegant villainess and BLACK MUSKETEER which I announced a few years ago. To be shot in French, the series will build on the experience gathered making the $80 million worth historical adventure movie saga based on Alexandre Dumas' work. First film D'Artagnan is out April 5th, the second December 13th! The film hits Russia April 6th, and parts of South America and Europe from April 13th! Both films were shot back to back! The same team is also preparing Count Monte Cristo movie with Pierre Niney in the lead role.

will follow D'Artagnan (Francois Civil), a spirited young Gascon, who is left for dead after trying to save a young woman from being kidnapped. When he arrives in Paris, he tries by all means to find his attackers. He is unaware that his quest will lead him to the heart of a real war where the future of France is at stake. Allied with Athos (Vincent Cassel), Porthos (Pio Marmai), and Aramis (Romain Duris), three musketeers of the King (Louis Garrel) with a dangerous temerity, D'Artagnan faces the dark machinations of the Cardinal of Richelieu (Eric Ruf). This new adaptation of Alexandre Dumas' 1844 novel will introduce a new character, Hannibal, based on the true story of Louis Anniaba, the first Black musketeer in French history. depicts the struggles of the notorious Renaissance painter as he's investigated by the Vatican. Italy 1610. Michelangelo Merisi (Scarmarcio), better known as Caravaggio, ignores Catholic Church rulings that dictate how religious subjects are to be represented. Having been informed that he depicts prostitutes, thieves and vagabonds in his work, Pope Paul V orders the Vatican secret service to investigate, to decide whether to grant the clemency for which Caravaggio has petitioned since being sentenced to death for the murder of a rival in love. The investigator (Garrel) – known as The Shadow - begins the inquiry that will lead him to discover the conflicting vices and virtues of the artist whose life – or death – lies in his hands.

François Athanase de Charette de la Contrie (2 May 1763 – 29 March 1796) was a Breton Royalist soldier and politician. He served in the French Royal Navy during the American Revolutionary War and was one of the leaders of the Revolt in the Vendée against the revolutionary regime during which the peasant fighters asked Charette to be their leader. During the very brutal war in which republicans massacred many people, he won numerous battles but was captured and executed when he was just 32.
