Beside the announcement that he is expecting his first child with his girlfriend, Henry Cavill has another reason to celebrate this spring as Guy Ritchie directed  movie adaptation of Damien Lewis book MINISTRY OF UNGENTLE- MANLY WARFARE is hitting theatres this weekend from Friday April 19th and beside Cavill in the lead it has an extremely hunky cast which also includes  Alex Pettyfer, Henry Golding, Allan Ritchson, Cary Elwes, Til Schweigeran and Hero Fiennes Tiffin! Alex Pettyfer will star for the first time on the telly

In the whole slate of new science fiction series, Netflix has just ordered a seven episode sf mini series THE I LAND and has hired Alex Pettyfer, Kate Bosworth and Natalie Martinez. Bosworth is also producing the series to be directed by Neil LaBute who is also the showrunner and writer.

THE I LAND
will be a new sf action adventure series. When ten people wake up on a treacherous island with no memory of who they are or how they got there, they set off on a trek to try to get back home. They soon discover this world is not as it seems. Faced with the island’s extreme psychological and physical challenges, they must rise to their better selves or die as their worst ones.

Over at Sky and HBO, they've added a few more faces to the cast of their epic mini series CATHERINE THE GREAT which will see Helen Mirren playing the empress in her older years, Joseph Quinn will be her son Grand
