Just came back from a 4-hr shopping with my husband :-)) Fresh berries, cherries and lots of tropical fruits are available in one of the large supermarkets...I also visited a farmer market and bought some white asparagus from Peru. Absolutely crazy to have white asparagus in December.

    1. Russians have the best of legends and tales and costumes!
I am leaving Christmas grocery shopping for early dawn tomorrow LOL will do it in twenty minutes while the beans are cooking on the stove. We do not have any of that, I cannot even find zuchinni in the local shop and they will disappear from the local green market too at the end of the week when the freeze is coming! Will have to grate some for the freezer to survive.
