It won't air during summer after all, but the good news is we now have something to look forward to next season as FOUNDATION epic TV

series will start September 24th on Apple based on Isaac Asimov's famous novel. The 10 episode series chronicles the epic saga of a band of exiles who discover that the only way to save the Galactic Empire from destruction is to defy it! When revolutionary Dr. Hari Seldon (Jared Harris) predicts the impending fall of the Empire, ruled by Lee Pace, he and a band of loyal followers venture to the far reaches of the galaxy to establish The Foundation in an attempt to rebuild and preserve the future of civilization. Enraged by Hari’s claims, the ruling Cleons, a long line of emperor clones, fear their grasp on the galaxy may be weakening as they’re forced to reckon with the

potential reality of losing their legacy forever. David S. Goyer is the showrunner, he crossed the globe shooting the series which was shot in Berlin, Canary Islands, Iceland, Malta and other vastly different locations.
Fingers crossed, I've already ditched three series this week as they were horrid, that Mr Mayor sitcom, couldn't handle more than ten minutes, that Spanish series La Templanza, and Russian series Rasputin. I will need three new series this week to fill up the empty slots.
I remember Lee Pace from a few TV shows, including the one he starred in, Pushing Daisies. That one & Wonderfalls weren't that good, nor bad (IMO) but, they were tiring to watch. So, I started kinda disliking this guy because of it. 😏🤷♂️
How can you dislike him when he is so beautifully gay? You should watch him in Tarsem Sings The Fall majestic fantasy movie, he was swell there and how can we forget him as our Elven king Thranduil (all bow)!
I don't have sound, but that floating person in the glowing liquid is very creepy. I think I'll pass on this one, especially since I'm not a huge science fiction fan.
At last Our cinemas will open 2 days later! We are looking forward to new brand films. Bye the way foundation looks different but i have not heard appletv so far.
GIVE SOME LOVE TO YOUR DEZZY :) DON'T FORGET THAT BLOGGER'S NEW COMMENT BOX OFTEN REQUIRES FOR YOU TO DISABLE PROTECTION ON YOUR BROWSER IN ORDER TO COMMENT.
I do like Lee Pace, but this one just isn’t for me. Plus, Apple TV and me are not on good terms.
ReplyDeleteMore for me :) I cannot wait for some sf this Autumn, I'm just afraid the series will focus on the boring characters from the trailer, not on him.
DeleteHope it’s a good one for you!

ReplyDeleteWatching The Sinner last few days...not bad!
It will probably air on some of your German channels. What's The Sinner?
