  1. The Arctic has become a relevant piece of news lately because of its crushing and melting icebergs that might cause great destruction to the world.

It is in such a vast, isolated ,ruthless place that humanity reaches its lowest. On the whale expedition in the series, the people on board the ship are either there for money or to escape a hidden past, or both.
The relationship between them is like the Arctic's reLation to them: cruel, indifferent, dark.
This kind of movie is not not for the soft hearted.

    1. Yes, we've seen that kind of atmosphere between humans at Arctic in last year's Terror series, it was super creepy.

  2. I'd just off myself if I had to work in an Arctic wasteland. No need to send a murdering psychopath after me (unless he's super sexy, then I'd be up for a little game of cat and mouse).

    1. I wouldn't mind visiting Arctic regions, but probably just Greenland and northern Scandinavia, I wouldn't go as far as glaciers. I'd love to have a winter castle somewhere in Alps as my winter getaway! Or a self/serving fortress in Siberia!

    2. Iceland was about as cold as I was willing to go and thought I stepped into hell (or the opposite lol) when I got off the plane. It was supposed to be somewhat warm in July, but if was so damned cold I wanted to get right back on the plane and tell them to take my butt home right now. So, you can rule the cold lands, and I'll take the hot lands. I am more suited for beaches, bikini's, and pina coladas.
