ABOUT SUPERMAN'S GRANDPA
Comic Con is on, people, and first trailers have started coming! I've shown you a trailer for SyFy's KRYPTON sf series earlier, but now there's a new teaser! To air next year, it will have Superman's
grandfather Seyg-El (Cameron Cuffe) as the lead hero some 200 years before the story of Man of Steel after his house of El was ostracised and shamed on the planet of KRYPTON, and he fights to redeem his family’s honour and save his beloved world from chaos.

'INHUMANS' NEW TRAILER
FOR ABC'S MARVEL SERIES
Marvel has, meanwhile, released a new trailer for their new sf series INHUMANS which will air its first two episodes in IMAX cinemas followed by a TV premiere on ABC on September 29th!
BLACK BOLT AND QUEEN MEDUSA
In the centre of the story is Black Bolt (Anson Mount), the enigmatic, commanding King of the INHUMANS, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper from him can destroy a city. After the Royal Family of
Inhumans is splintered by a military coup (lead by the king's
own treacherous brother Maximus played by Iwan Rheon) in their own
world, they barely escape to Hawaii. They must find a way to reunite
with each other and return to their home before their way of life is
destroyed forever. Serinda Swan plays his queen Medusa whose hair
has
special powers as you can see in the trailer below, Eme Ikwuakor is
Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish is Crystal, Ken Leung is Karnak, Sonya Balmores
appears as Auran and Mike Moh as Triton.

NEW MOVIE PROJECTS
TO BE LED BY ANNE HATHAWAY AND SANDRA BULLOCK
In other sf news: Anne Hathaway will star in sf movie O2 as a woman who wakes up inside a cryogenic chamber, with no memory of how she got there. She must escape the chamber before her air runs out.
Meanwhile, Sandra Bullock will take the lead in post apocalyptic thriller BIRD BOX in which a woman and a pair of children are blindfolded and make their way through a post-apocalyptic setting along a river.

I know Iwan Rheon has made his mark playing dramatic heavies and villains in Game of Thrones and now Inhumans, but he'll always be Ash in Vicious to me!
