The movie is out November 11th in France

the life of a singer based on the real life of the queen of pop music Celine Dion. It covers all the iconic moments of her legendary career, including the Titanic Oscar performance. Valerie Lemercier directs, writes and stars in the film set in Quebec, late 1960s: Sylvette and Anglomard welcome their 14th child: Aline. In the Dieu family, music reigns supreme and when Aline grows up we discover a gift to her, she has a golden voice. When he hears that voice, music producer Guy-Claude has just one thing in mind - to make Aline the greatest singer in the world. Supported by her family and guided by the experience and then the budding love of Guy-Claude, they will together write the pages of an extraordinary destiny. The film is out November 11th in France.

While Celine Dion is currently enjoying herself over at Paris Fashion Week sporting crazy new outfits, a biopic on her life is being prepared. The big budget French language movie will see Valérie Lemercier playing the Canadian songstress in THE POWER OF LOVE which will chart Celine's life from the 1960’s to the present day and her relationship with her manager and late husband, René Angélil (to be played by Sylvain Marcel). The last of 14 children, the Canadian singer became a global superstar in the 1990s, selling more than 200M records, including hit singles The Power Of Love, Think Twice and the iconic theme song My Heart Will Go On to Titanic.
