Edinburgh Film Festival will air the film this June
New posters for two delightful new movies! We still don't have a trailer for DEAD IN A WEEK: OR YOUR MONEY BACK, but here's a delightful poster for it featuring its two lead stars Tom Wilkinson and Aneurin Barnard.
The comedy, out October, sees Barnard playing a young man who, after his ninth unsuccessful attempt on his own life, outsources his suicide to an ageing assassin played by legendary Tom Wilkinson, because "If you're serious about ending it, you need professional help"! This crazy comedy from Tom Edmunds also stars Christopher Eccleston and Freya Mavor.

 'LADIES IN BLACK'
JULIA ORMOND & VINCENT PEREZ
The film is based on Madeleine St John novel
There is also a trailer and a poster for Australian comedy, and they do have the best of films, LADIES IN BLACK set in Sydney in the summer of 1959, against the backdrop of Australia's cultural awakening, breakdown of class structures, and liberation of women. Starring Rachael Taylor, Julia Ormond, Vincent Perez, Ryan Corr, it tells the coming of age story of suburban schoolgirl Lisa, who while waiting for her final high school exam results with dreams of going to the University of Sydney, takes a summer job at a large department store. Here she works side-by-side with a group of saleswomen who open her eyes to a world beyond her sheltered existence, and foster her metamorphosis.

ANTHONY HOPKINS, EMMA THOMPSON, JIM BROADBENT, EMILY WATSON, CHRISTOPHER ECCLESTON IN BBC'S 'KING LEAR'! GEMMA ARTERTON, ELIZABETH DEBICKI ARE 'VITA AND VIRGINIA' IN VIRGINIA WOOLFE LESBIOPIC

'VITA AND VIRGINIA'
GEMMA ARTERTON TO GO LESBIAN WITH VIRGINIA WOOLFE
Gemma Arterton will play Vita Sackville West
Literary Monday for you today, minions, starting with an info coming from Great Britain about a very lesbifriendly movie project on Virginia Woolf! Yes, I'm not kidding. Gemma Arterton is set to portray a famous novelist in a biopic titled VITA AND VIRGINIA which wants to show a different side of Woolfe. It brings a fascinating true story about the love affair between socialite and popular author Vita Sackville West and literary icon Virginia Woolf! Last I've heard Vita will be played by Gemma while The Night Manager's Elizabeth Debicki is to play Virginia Woolf. As 'Daily Mail' reports the film is based on Eileen Atkins’s adaptation of her epistolary play, which she created from the almost 20 years of correspon- dence between Woolf and Sackville West. Virginia, apparently, based her famous androgynous titular character Orlando on Sackville West which is why Vita's son called the novel the longest love letter in history.
