PRIME VIDEO ORDERS NEW MULTICAMERA SITCOM DINKS FROM THE CREATOR OF FRIENDS

Well, we do not have enough of multicamera sitcoms on the telly so it comes as a lovely news that Prime Video has ordered a pilot for DINKS comedy series from Friends co creator Marta Kauffman! As Deadline reports, the improvised multi-camera sitcom follows Josh (Paul Scheer) and
Paul Scheer and June Diane Raphael have kids together in real life
 Charlie (June Diane Raphael), a couple who, in the absence of a marriage or kids, decide to literally build a life together by renovating their nightmare of a dream house. Jon Gabrus will join Scheer and Raphel, who are married in real life as well, in the cast.

ABC ORDERS NEW TIM ALLEN MULTICAM SITCOM SHIFTING GEARS PILOT, CBS NEW YOUNG SHELDON MULTICAM SPIN OFF WITH EMILY OSMENT AND MONTANA JORDAN, NBC SOMETHING WICKED

PILOT SHIFTING GEARS ORDERED AT ABC
After the massive successes with Home Improvement and Last Man Standing, Tim Allen and producers Mike Scully and Julie Thacker Scully are returning to ABC who has just ordered a pilot for their new multi camera sitcom SHIFTING GEARS. Allen will play Matt, described as a stubborn widower who owns a classic car shop. When Matt’s estranged daughter and her teenage kids move into his house, the real restoration will begin though. Meanwhile, CBS has ordered a multicam pilot for Chuck Lorre's Young Sheldon spin off following Georgie (Montana Jordan) and Mandy (Emily Osment) as they raise their young family in Texas while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting and marriage. Rival NBC has ordered SOMETHING WICKED mutlicam sitcom pilot with June Diane Raphael as lead. It is described as a comedy with a Bewitched-type premise and an homage to TV sitcom classics. It examines the condition of modern adult womanhood and how even with witchcraft, balancing everything is impossible.
