FIRST IMAGE FROM THE NEW SERIES

An eight part costume drama set against the backdrop of the cabaret scene in the MONTMARTRE Parisian neighborhood is being lined up for this year's Series Mania at the end of March and today you can see the first image. Set at the turn of the 19th century, the historical drama will tell the intertwining stories of a trio of characters. Céleste (Alice Dufour), is a determined Cancandancer who is desperate to fund a search for her long-lost siblings. Arsène (Victor Meutelet) is a wealthy young engineer, who breaks off an arranged marriage to embrace his hidden love for men. Meanwhile, Rose (Claire Romain), works in a laundry and dreams of a simple life. Hugo Becker, Mathilde Seigner, Thibault de Montalembert and Mikaël Mittelstadt will also star for TV France 1.
