MALPRACTICE TRAILER
FOR ITV SERIES SECOND SEASON
After a successful first season, ITV is ready to air the second season of their anthology series MALPRACTICE this time with a different case. It should air sometime in May. Helen Behan and Jordan Kouamé are back
as Dr. Norma Callahan and Dr. George Adjei of the Medical Investigation Unit who are investigating a new doctor accused of malpractice.

THIS TIME IT IS
Tom
Hughes as on-call psychiatric registrar Dr James Ford who finds himself
caught between an anxious new mother’s postnatal check-up and the
sectioning of a psychotic patient, and no one could predict the tragic
outcome. His personal life is messy and his colleagues may find him
arrogant, but Dr
Ford appears committed to his vulnerable patients. Yet
what appears to be a series of bad choices by one doctor spreads beyond
the psychiatric unit to a
hospital seemingly at war with itself. Is Dr
Ford a doctor with a God complex, or a victim himself? With the
investigation closing in, can Dr Ford save his
already fragile career
from a string of apparently damning mistakes? And can the MIU uncover
the truth of what happened despite fierce opposition from all
sides? Check out the trailer below for the brand new season and tell us what you think, will you be watching in May?

ReplyDeleteUn caro saluto
Yes, but it is interesting that this series has different doctors in each season.
DeleteI think it's quite interesting. I don't mind cocky doctors (actually I find most of them are arrogant jerks and I guess they have good reasons to be), as long as they are professional.
ReplyDeleteAll of the worst people I have met in my life were actually doctors, especially female ones. They have a shocking lack of morals and responsibility.
DeleteSounds rather horrifying.
ReplyDeleteSuch is doctor's life.
DeleteGosto muito de séries de médicos, essa parece que vai ser boa, Dezmond abraços.
ReplyDeleteAbracos to you as well
DeleteI agree, most doctors I have come across are cocky and arrogant. Unlike you though, my negative experiences have all been with male doctors. I used to not care if it was a male or female who treated me, but I have been going out of my way to look for female only healthcare workers in recent years. It is very true that women's concerns are almost always brushed off. We're just depressed. We're just menopausal. It's probably just stress... Getting tests ordered from a male physician is always a struggle. With the exception of my GI doctor that's amazing, I'll probably never willingly have a male treat me again going forward.
ReplyDeleteThe same for me, I would rather not have a female doctor, they seem to only care for female patients and think that men should just die untreated, at least in my country. But my experience is more with female doctors who I knew as people not as doctors, they were bad people as people not as doctors.
