SEASON TWO FULL TRAILER IS HERE
Disney Plus and Hulu have released full trailer for their super juicy and irreverent soapy series RIVALS which will arrive May 15th with first six
episodes, with other six arriving on some later date. It follows David Tennant as an owner of a British TV station in the 80s and Aidan Turner
as a TV host who forms a rival station with politician and sports star
played by Alex Hassell. Filled with scandals, treachery, nudity and sex
romp, the series was a huge hit. The second season will have even more
wit, desire, and jaw-dropping twists. Power struggles intensify,
rivalries deepen and ambition
pushes loyalties to the brink. Set in the stunning Cotswolds
countryside and against the backdrop of the glamorous, high-stakes world
of 1980s British television, the second
instalment reunites the
all-star cast which captivated
fans and critics, while introducing some exciting new faces. Following
last season’s dramatic
cliffhanger with Tony’s fate hanging in the
balance, Lord Baddingham is back and out for vengeance ready to stop at nothing to keep Corinium’s empire
unrivalled. Hayley Atwell will
portray Helen Gordon, the ex-wife of Rupert Campbell-Black and mother to
his children Marcus and Tabitha. Rupert
Everett will be Malise Gordon, her
husband and Campbell-Black’s former show-jumping coach and mentor. Check out the trailer below:
