WHAT IS THE FILM ABOUT?
The film is based on real events when Andrei Nagel set off from St.
Petersburg on December 31, 1911, on a Russo-Balt train manufactured by
the Russo-Baltic Wagon Works to compete in the race to Monte Carlo. This
is the story of
people who decided to do the impossible — create the first
Russian mass-produced automobile. In 1908, car enthusiast Andrei Nagel
found support
from engineer Dmitry Bondarev. Together, they assembled a
team of like-minded individuals and began developing the Russo-Balt
automobile. When
the project is threatened, Nagel makes a risky decision
to prove their car's viability at the prestigious Monaco Rally. This
move could spell the end of
the Russo-Balt project... Check out the insanely gorgeous movie trailer below and tell us what you think.
