A trailer has been released with a rather explosive duo of Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal in new action movie IN THE GREY out May 15th! It follows a covert team of elite operatives sent to take on a ruthless despot and steal back a billion-dollar fortune he swiped for himself. What begins as an impossible heist gets much worse, spiraling into an all-out war of strategy, deception and survival. Henry and Jake play two extraction specialists who have to designate a route of escape for a senior female negotiator. Kristofer Hivju, Emmett J. Scanlan, Jason Wong, Michael Vu, Elza Gonzales, Fisher Stevens, Rosamund Pike and Carlos Bardem will all be seen in the film as well.
Well, that is quite a scary situation to end up in indeed! A trailer has been released for HALLOW ROAD thriller movie which will arrive to cinemas May 16th with Matthew Rhys and Rosamund Pike leading the cast. In this tense horror thriller movie the two of them play parents who receive a distressing late-night call from their teenage daughter, who has just accidentally hit a pedestrian. They jump in their car, racing to get there before anyone else stumbles across the scene. As they head deeper into the night, disturbing revelations threaten to tear the family apart as they soon realize they might not be the only ones driving down Hallow Road.
The first one to announce the start of the new Autumn season on the small screens is season two of Prime Video's epic fantasy series WHEEL OF TIME which has September 1st for the return date! Two years have almost passed
from the first season which did not really get love from the audience,
so it will be interesting to see how will this one go. Adapted from Robert Jordan novels it follows a farm boy, Rand al’Thor (Josha Stradowski) who learns he is The Dragon Reborn, a dangerous figure destined to save the world.
Desperate to protect him from the Dark One, an army of powerful
sorceresses must reckon with Rand’s burgeoning power and encroaching
madness.
IN THE SECOND SEASON
the Wheel of Time turns and the Last Battle approaches.
Because though Rand thought he destroyed the Dark One, evil is not gone
from the world. Threats new and very old will seek out the young friends
from the Two Rivers, who are now scattered over the world. And Moiraine
(Rosamund Pike), the woman who found and guided them, is now
powerless to help, so they must find other sources of strength — in each
other, or themselves. In the Light, or the Dark.
The Wheel of Time also stars Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran! Our dear Arnas Fedaravicius from The Last Kingdom will also join the cast in this season.
WHO ELSE IS IN THE CAST?
Dónal Finn replaces Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon, while Ceara Coveney joins as renegade princess Elayne
Trakand. The second season will also introduce Seanchan, an army of magically empowered invaders! Since she lost her magic powers at the end of season 1, Rosamund Pike's mystic Moiraine will return to her hometown of
Cairhien, a place of stifling traditions where everyone plays mind games, and in her despair will push away everyone who tries to help her, including her loyal Warder Lan, whose emotional connection to Moiraine has now been lost
along with her magic.

1ST SWEET DREAMS IMAGE
FROM NEW COSTUME DRAMA
First image today from new colonial era Dutch drama movie SWEET DREAMS from director Ena Sendijarevic. To arrive this year, it is set on a remote Indonesian island, during the waning days of the colonial era, where Dutch sugar factory owner Jan and his wife, Agathe are at the top of the food chain. That is, until Jan upon returning from his nightly visit to his native

concubine Siti, suddenly drops dead in front of his wife. Desperate to keep the privileges of her status quo, Agathe forces her estranged son Cornelis and his heavily pregnant wife Josefien, to travel from Europe and take over the family business. In the midst of a worker’s uprising, Cornelis displays his plans for progressive change, but when Jan’s will puts Siti at the forefront of the family estate, ideals prove to be idle and blood thicker than water.
While we have been enjoying all the epic delights Autumn brought us, from the mesmerisingly magnificent Rings of Power, fun and dynamic Serpent Queen, newly arrived The Empress and the upcoming return of Barbarians, we sort of forgot that the second season of THE WHEEL OF TIME epic series should arrive sometime soon as well. Not that the first season was overly memorable, if at all. But Prime Video has just released a second season teaser to remind us that it is coming back sometime next year. Good news is that there is eye candy in the teaser, mainly deliciously nekkid Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran who was, I admit, the sole reason I stuck with the dull first season till the end (not that I remember how it ended).
IN THE FIRST SEASON
The lives of five young villagers changed forever when a strange and
powerful woman arrived, claiming one of them is the child of an ancient
prophecy with the power to tip the balance between Light and Dark
forever! They now have choose whether to trust this
stranger – and each other – with the fate of the world before the Dark
One breaks out of His prison, and the Last Battle begins
WHO JOINS THE CAST?
Beside some lavish armours and sets, the second season teaser also offers a look at two newcomers to the cast - Dónal Finn who replaces Barney Harris as Mat Cauthon, and Ceara Coveney as renegade princess Elayne Trakand. The second season will also introduce Seanchan, an army of magically empowered invaders! Since she lost her magic powers at the end of season 1, Rosamund Pike's mystic Moiraine will return to her hometown of Cairhien, a place of stifling traditions where everyone plays mind games, and in her despair will push away everyone who tries to help her, including her loyal Warder Lan, whose emotional connection to Moiraine has now been lost along with her magic. The whole group, which includes Josha Stradowski as Rand al’Thor, and terribly cast Zoë Robins as Nynaeve al’Meara, Madeleine Madden as Egwene al’Vere, and Marcus Rutherford as Perrin Aybara, will now be split and separated across the continent. The series based on Robert Jordan's novels, already has third season ordered.

The film follows Violet Calder (Olivia Munn) as she realizes that she can no longer ignore the daily barrage of self criticisms (voiced by Justin Theroux) that clouds her life. These self criticisms cause her to make fear based decisions and hold her back from the kind of professional, personal, and romantic life she knows she wants. Unsure how to live a life free from that self doubt, like her childhood friend Red (Luke Bracey), Violet realizes she has no choice but to travel the road that is more frightening to her than the fear that holds her back: Doing everything differently.

The story follows Louis who, born as an 18th century lord, is now a bicentennial vampire, telling his story to an eager biographer. Suicidal after the death of his family, he meets Lestat, a vampire who persuades him to choose immortality over death and become his companion. Eventually, gentle Louis resolves to leave his violent maker, but Lestat guilts him into staying by turning a young girl whose addition to the "family" breeds even more conflict. I've heard somewhere that the story will be changed a bit and Louis will be an owner of a brothel not a French plantation owner.
WHEEL OF TIME EPIC SERIES
FIRST LOOK AT THE HEROES
Wheel of Time arrives this November
Last month we got the first poster and starting date for Amazon Prime's epic TV adaptation of famous saga WHEEL OF TIME and now they have released a few photos too and I must admit I'm a bit disappointed as they seem to reveal a series cheaper looking than I expected, just look at those subpar costumes! Set in a high fantasy world where magic
exists, but only some can access it, the eight episode saga follows a
woman named Moiraine who embarks on a dangerous, world-spanning journey
with five young men and women. Based on Robert Jordan's famous saga, the series arrives this November!
