Beside finishing the new Mummy movie with Rachel Weisz which will hit the big screens next year, Oscar winner Brendan Fraser will also star as the lead of STARMAN science fiction action movie from director Josh Wakely. He will portray visionary technologist Tom Adams, an architect of the future, who launches a historic expedition to Mars, positioning himself at the forefront of humanity’s next frontier. But when unforeseen events find him millions of miles from Earth, his mission becomes an unexpected and urgent race against time, driven not by survival alone, but by love.
What a joy to see him involved in projects like these. Mars, a new The Mummy installment with Rachel Weisz, and the two of them together again. Something tells me Brendan Fraser has decided to truly enjoy this second chapter of his career. I feel a special kind of empathy for him; after everything he went through, it’s wonderful to see him here again, active and taking on major projects. This man really deserves it. ReplyDeleteI think the whole world cried tears of joy when he returned to the big screens and got an Oscar, but notice how he still acts mostly out of Hollywood, it seems that the producer that sexually harassed him and stopped him from working is still blocking him somehow. Dont forget to watch him in Rental Family, such a cute movie.
