JAMES STEWART BIOPIC
JIMMY GIVES THE LEAD ROLE TO KJ APA
According to Variety, KJ Apa has been given the lead role in James Stewart biopic JIMMY which also includes Jason Alexander as Louis B. Mayer, Max Casella as Frank Capra, Sarah Drew as Hedda Hopper, Julian Works as Second Lieutenant Martinez, and Jen Lilley as Stewart’s
wife Gloria. The movie chronicles Pennsylvania-native Stewart’s rise in Hollywood, including winning an Academy Award for his work in “The Philadelphia Story,” before enlisting in the U.S. Army Air Corps as a combat pilot at the beginning of World War II. Not long after his return home, he starred in Capra’s “It’s a Wonderful Life” in 1946.

We love James Stewart! Not sure if that's the right actor to portrait him..
ReplyDeleteHe did cut his hair and totally changed his image in recent two years becoming hunky as hell.
DeleteArchie as James Stewart? He's good looking but... not THAT kind of good looking, and as an actor, more hot than actually good
ReplyDeleteI have never seen him act especially not in that teen series he had, but we do have to have in mind that he is no longer that red haired kid from before, he shaved it off recently and is now very rugged and hot in a very masculine way, but is it refined as Stewart, that is anyone's guess I suppose.
DeleteNot only the lead is miscast. I refuse to watch Hollywood'o take on one of the greatest Americans ever born, and this goes beyond his acting career.
ReplyDeleteThis is like the second biopic this year on a Hollywood legend done on a smaller scale with gen Zeds in the lead. Or third, there is something about Sinatra, and one other that I wrote about, but forgot which one...
