DEPARTMENT Q SERIES
Back in November I brought to you news from Netflix that they are making nine part series DEP Q based on the novels by Jussi Adler-Olsen and today we have the first trailer from the new Matthew Goode toplined drama that is supposed to hit the streamer globally May 29th so check it out below and tell us what you think, will you be watching?
around Carl Morck, a former top-rated detective in
Edinburgh assigned to a new cold case whilst wracked with guilt
following an attack that left his partner paralysed and another
policeman dead. Carl Morck tackles the cold case while turning an
Edinburgh basement office space into a well-oiled machine full of misfit
officers dedicated to cracking whatever seemingly impossible cases come
across their desks.
WHO IS IN THE CAST?
Matthew Goode will lead the cast as Carl, Chloe Pirri will play a ruthless and ambitious prosecutor, Kelly MacDonald will play a police therapist,
Mark Bonnar, our lovely Jack Greenlees, Clive Russell, Alexey Manvelov are just some of the names in a long list of the actors that will star in it.

This one sounds like it might be interesting.

DeleteOhhh L-rd Almighty protect me from having a heart attack! He looks so good (e), and the series look good too.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen my boy Jack Greenlees in the trailer.
DeleteUy yo adoro a ese actor. Tomó nota. Te mando un beso
ReplyDeleteHe is certainly lovely.
DeleteI would for sure love this! We just watched a thriller called RUN...not bad.
ReplyDeleteFinally something for you to watch on Netflix LOL
DeleteIf I were cast into the basement, I'd probably be unmotivated to solve cold cases. Dead ends and no window views? No thanks.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of Mountain King by Anders de la Motte, the inspector in it is also sent to head the Department for Lost Souls and Orphaned Cases in the basement with a bunch of nerdy underdogs.
DeleteReminds me of Slow Horses sans the humor.
DeleteI have never hitched a ride with the horses, sadly,
DeleteIs this a British version of a Scandinavian thriller - or a Scandinavian thriller transposed to Britain (going by the name of the writer?).
