12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS
MICHAEL SHEEN & EVA LONGORIA TO LEAD
As Variety reports, Michael Sheen and Eva Longoria will lead Ben Gregor's movie adaptation of James Patterson's novel 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS set in mid-December! For the fifth year in a row, Christmas is cancelled at the dysfunctional Sullivan family home. That is until a mysterious someone starts sending strange gifts to hopeless widower Henry (Sheen) and his two bickering children. First, a partridge in a pear tree, the next day two
turtle doves are sent, followed by three calling birds on day three. Before they know it, the house is full of boisterous animals and house guests! The family’s lives are turned upside down as they try to figure out just who the mystery gift giver is, and to top it off, Mariana (Longoria) from Animal Protection Services is on their case. Even though this Christmas will be messy, it might turn out to be just the gift the family needs.

Commedia leggera e natalizia che intreccia romanticismo e magia, perfetta per chi cerca un film festoso e senza troppe pretese."

It will be a festive romp I am sure.
DeleteI like James Patterson, but I mainly read his crime series, so don't know about his drama novels.
ReplyDeleteI did not even know he writes books like these as well.
DeleteMichael Sheen has been in so many good movies and shows.
ReplyDeleteHe has become a bit weird lately, though.

DeleteParece que será una película divertida. Te mando un beso.
ReplyDeleteUn beso as well for you.
DeleteWith his wild hair, he looks so different from the slick Twilight vampire. lol
ReplyDeleteHe fuglified himself over the years, pure neglect, thinks slob look is a good image and he is just over 50.
DeleteI liked Eva Longoria in the earlier seasons of Desperate Housewives. Well, it was really the series I came to like less in later seasons than the actress - there was only so much of Susan's klutziness I could take. I haven't seen Eva Longoria in anything recently to be honest.
ReplyDeleteSuzan was irritating, my fave was Brie.
DeleteIt's a Christmas film, so we'll probably watch it. But I feel like Patterson is just too much anymore. Doesn't he put out a new book like every other day? Dude, slow down and let us catch our breath from the Patterson world. He needs a vacation with the millions of dollars he's racked up.
ReplyDeleteNever read anything from him.
DeleteI've tried reading some of his work, but I think the only one I ever really liked was Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas. The rest, I just didn't care for his writing style.
DeleteThat is the problem with most of the writers these days.
