Based on actual events, JUST NOISE presents the concealed account of how Maltese citizens fought for their independence against the British Crown in 1919. Immediately following the end of World War I, in a plea for their country’s independence, Maltese citizens from all different walks of life, united to lead an uprising against the British. This movie is Malta’s long-awaited triumph to share with the world, about how a small Mediterranean island took on the British Empire. Davide Ferrario directed the film.

You will probably agree with me that most of the period set projects usually cover historical persons or events that are already well known to the general public, but here is a project that will cover a major event that most of the world knows nothing about! Davide Ferrario will helm JUST NOISE movie starring Harvey Keitel and Malcolm McDowell. It starts shooting this month for Autumn 2020 release.
