Dallas Roberts joins as Daniel Manning, a seasoned politician and Secretary of the Treasury under President Grover Cleveland.
Elizabeth Marvel stars as Nurse Virginia Saville, a kind nurse who works at the Neighborhood Settlement House in the Lower East Side.
